Most orders received by 2 pm will ship that same day. Some items may ship in 2-3 days. Your package will arrive via USPS 2 day Priority Mail unless requested otherwise before the transaction is complete. We are always a phone call or email away if you need assistance. Please verify your billing information prior to placing your order. A delay can occur if your billing information does not match the information that your credit card company has on file. We always verify any discrepancies prior to processing an order in an effort to protect our customers.
We try to keep our website updated daily but sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until Monday. Orders that need to arrive to you on Saturdays or via First Priority Overnight, please call us so that we can insure it’s processed appropriately and with the utmost priority. Please keep in mind though that once we process the Priority request to UPS and they take the package, the responsibility falls on them to deliver it on time. But, please call us and let us know if we can help remedy the situation. We know how important it is to be dressed for success whether in business or play.
As much as the word “Guaranteed” means, sometimes weather and other acts of God happen that are out of any person’s control. You will be responsible for all fees and return shipping costs if you refuse the shipment.

To receive a refund, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivered the package to you.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original ticketing & tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note:
• Skin Care, Lingerie, and Undergarments (hosiery, tights, Bella Bands) are non-returnable
• We will not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise
• All Internet returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
• Clearance items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
• Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of unwanted items. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event that a package is lost or misdirected.
To receive an exchange your package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. We will ship your new item once we receive the item you would like exchanged.
If you would like to expedite your exchange, we can charge your card and ship the new item at the time of your call. We will then issue a refund to your card once we receive your exchange item.
Undergarments (panties) and clearance outlet items are not returnable. Bathing suits may be returned with panty liner in place. Bras may be returned with tags attached.
